For single classes, moving your appointment must be done within the 30 day expiry when purchasing the initial class.
After the 30 day expiry the class will cancel automatically.

***Please note our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy***:
Cancellations must be made at least 12hrs before your scheduled session to avoid losing the session.
For all private and duet sessions a minimum of 24hrs is required.
If you fail to attend a booked session without proper cancellation, the session will be deducted from your package or membership allocation. If you paid for the session directly at the point of booking, if the cancellation policy is not adhered to, you will not receive a refund.

Guided by one of our expert instructors, you’ll both work across the full classical Pilates system, including the Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Tower.

Each session is tailored to your individual levels and goals, ensuring both of you benefit from targeted, effective movement while enjoying the motivation and connection of training together.
