Clients who have purchased ONE single group pass or single mat class , if you need to change the class please do not cancel it. Instead change the date/class via the confirmation email to modify.
ALL must be done within the booking time frame.
The cancelled booking does not automatically credit your account.

CLASS CHANGES:
MONDAY morning classes with Tala and Megan have shifted by 30mins please check the schedule.
TUESDAY morning classes with EMILY have shifted by 30 mins please check the schedule.

***Please note our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy***:
Cancellations must be made at least 12hrs before your scheduled session to avoid losing the session.
For all private and duet sessions a minimum of 24hrs is required.
If you fail to attend a booked session without proper cancellation, the session will be deducted from your package or membership allocation. If you paid for the session directly at the point of booking, if the cancellation policy is not adhered to, you will not receive a refund.
