Teen Pilates (Ages 13–18)

Our Teen Pilates classes are designed to support growing bodies through strength, posture, flexibility, and confidence. Using a mix of classical Pilates mat work and apparatus—including the Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair—each session helps teens build core stability, improve body awareness, and prevent injury, especially for those active in dance, sport, or performing arts.

Taught by experienced instructors in a fun, encouraging environment, these classes lay the foundation for lifelong movement and healthy habits.

Ideal for:
• Building strength and flexibility
• Supporting posture and growing bodies
• Boosting focus, balance, and confidence

All levels welcome—no prior experience needed.
