New clients or those who want to start the journey on understanding the whole system using the apparatus, this four week program is designed to get you started into the pilates journey. Details are on the website.

***Please note our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy***:
Cancellations must be made at least 12hrs before your scheduled session to avoid losing the session.
For all private and duet sessions a minimum of 24hrs is required.
If you fail to attend a booked session without proper cancellation, the session will be deducted from your package or membership allocation. If you paid for the session directly at the point of booking, if the cancellation policy is not adhered to, you will not receive a refund.
